Narela flats are sold first come, first serve; there is no draw. The flat is blocked in your name once the booking amount is paid on the DDA portal, so good pockets go early.
No. DDA's price does not include maintenance charges, water connection charges or freehold conversion charges, which are demanded with the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter. The actual plinth area of each flat can also differ slightly.
EWS ₹50,000, LIG ₹1 lakh (G2-G6, G7-G8), MIG ₹4 lakh and HIG ₹10 lakh, plus a one-time registration fee. In Sector A1-A4 the 61-66.4 sqm flats (listed by DDA as EWS) carry a ₹50,000 booking amount.
