Five DDA housing schemes are open in October 2026. The newest, Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026, sells 2,516 LIG flats in Narela from ₹14.95 lakh with booking from 20 October 2026. All prices below are from DDA circulars and brochures.

Five: Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026 (Narela Sector G2-G6 LIG, booking from 20 Oct 2026, closes 31 Jan 2027), Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 (Rohtak Road EWS, draw on 15 Dec 2026), Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (Narela and Siraspur, till 31 Oct 2026), Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 (Narela Pocket-11, for government employees and qualified professionals, till 30 Oct 2026) and Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (Narela, only government/PSU employees, till 31 Oct 2026).
Siraspur LIG flats under Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 start at ₹11.51 lakh after the 25% discount. Awas Nivesh LIG flats in Narela Sector G2-G6 start at ₹14.95 lakh. Maintenance, water connection and conversion charges are extra.
In a draw scheme (Janta Awaas) all eligible applicants go into a computerised draw, so applying early gives no advantage. In first come first serve schemes (Awas Nivesh, Nagrik, Karmajeevi, Karmayogi) whoever books first gets the flat, and good floors and blocks go early.
₹2,500, paid online on the DDA Awaas Portal and non-refundable. People already registered on the portal for an FCFS scheme usually need not pay again. The booking amount depends on the flat: ₹1 lakh for Awas Nivesh LIG; in the Narela FCFS schemes typically ₹50,000 for LIG/1BHK, ₹4 lakh for MIG/2BHK and ₹10 lakh for HIG/3BHK.
Awas Nivesh and Nagrik have no income limit; any Indian citizen aged 18 or above can apply. Janta Awaas is only for families earning up to ₹10 lakh a year. Karmajeevi is for government employees and qualified professionals, and Karmayogi only for government/PSU employees.
